Intercultural Initiatives is a focus area within the Center for Student Diversity and Inclusion (CSDI) and captures the connectedness and robust interactions of the different cultures that encompass the Miami community.

The CSDI provides a forum for the exploration of diversity, equity and inclusion for the campus at-large. The Intercultural Initiatives staff are responsible for developing, cultivating and creating initiatives and programs that enhance a sense of belonging, leadership development, and understanding across difference for students of color, and diverse student organizations at Miami University.

The CSDI uses a collaborative approach with developing initiatives for diverse students. We are always exploring ways to collaborate with different campus partners, departments, and student organizations to bring the most diverse experiences for our students.
