Tip #1: Managing Email Notifications

How to Manage Email Notifications:

1. Click on the profile icon in the top-right corner of the screen.
2. Click “My Account”.
3. Click “Change Preferences”.
4. Scroll down to the “Channel” section and select “Email” from the options on the left-hand side.
5. Select whether you want to receive notifications “Immediately” or “Daily”, or “Mute” notifications from the Notification Type dropdown menus.

Tip #2: Adding Apps to the Menu

How to Add Apps to the Menu:

1. From the Home page, click either “View All Apps” or “Menu” in the top-left corner.
2. At the bottom of the Menu navigation pane, click “Add Apps”.
3. In the search bar, type the name of the app you want to add.
4. Click the “+” sign to the right of the app you want to add to your Menu.

Tip #3: Selection Differences

Selection: Circles vs. Boxes

1. When options have a circle next to them, that means they are singular selection options, meaning you may only choose one.
2. When options have a box next to them, that means they are multi-select options, meaning you can choose multiple.

Tip #4: Adding Shortcuts to the Menu

How to Add Shortcuts to the Menu:

1. From the Home page, click “Menu” in the top-left corner.
2. At the top of the Menu navigation pane, click the “Shortcuts” tab.
3. Click the “Add Shortcuts” button.
4. In the search bar, type the name of the shortcut you want to add.
5. Click the “+” sign to the right of the shortcut you want to add to your Menu.
