Title: Southeast Regional Recruitment Coordinator
Hometown: New Knoxville, Ohio
High School: New Knoxville
College Major(s): Psychology
I grew up in New Knoxville, Ohio, and graduated from Miami University with my bachelor's degree. I had an amazing college experience by getting involved in campus organizations, engaging in challenging coursework, and making friends I still talk to today. There is nothing like bumping into alumni in various places and swapping stories. After graduating, I worked full time in Miami's Office of Admission as an Admission Counselor. I then moved to Chicago, where I worked for several universities while working on my master's degree in higher education at Loyola University Chicago. Now based in Atlanta, I am excited to be back at Miami working with those from the Southeast. I spend my free time with friends, dining out, and studying French.
Every three years, Miami hosts "Charter Day Ball," an event to celebrate the University's charter in 1809. I was able to go twice as a student, and it was a lot of fun going to a formal event with friends, faculty, and staff.
