What does SEA stand for?

When does the certificate program start?
The first SEA Certificate class started in Spring 2018. The next opportunity to start the program will be Fall 2019 .
What are the admissions requirements?
Applicants must hold a bachelor's degree or higher.
How long does it take to complete?
The certificate program includes four 10-week classes spread over a one year period. Every class available in the program is a 3-credit graduate certificate course:
- New Frontiers in Aging
- Introduction to Entrepreneurship and Business Models
- Innovations and Trends in the Aging Marketplace
- Launching an Entrepreneurial Venture
Is the program 100% online?
All 4-courses are offered completely online.
What does the certificate program cost?
The cost is $600 per credit hour.
What if I have questions for my professor?
There are scheduled online office hours for each course. You are also welcome to call your professor or visit their on-campus office. “Online” does not mean “on your own.”
Does program admission require graduate admissions tests such as the GRE, GMAT, or MAT?
No graduate admissions testing is required for acceptance into the certificate program.
