Michael earned his Bachelor of Arts in Human Resources Management from Ashford University in 2010, and then went on to earn his Master of Arts in Organizational Management with a specialization in International Business from Ashford in 2012. He achieved his Senior Professional in Human Resources certification in 2013.

Michael has over fifteen years of experience in the private sector working in Campus Relations, Talent Acquisition, and Human Resources. He has worked in a variety of industries, including Pharmacy Benefits Management with Express Scripts, Medical Services with LCA Vision, Media with Cox Media Group, and Consulting with Tata Consulting Services and Genpact.

Biography
Michael Webb is a Cincinnati native, growing up on the city's northwest side, and graduating from St. Xavier High School. He is married to Susan, and together they have two children, Kimberly, who is a high school Medieval History and Art History teacher, and Benjamin, who is currently attending engineering school at Florida Polytechnic University.
In his time away from the classroom, Michael enjoys traveling with his wife, tending to his gardens, and enjoying great food and drink.
