During his time here in Oxford, Julian has fostered a genuine care, concern and relationship with the students he serves. Julian firmly believes that no matter what office or department an individual works in, the students will not care how much you know until they know you really care. As the Assistant Director of Diverse Student Development, Julian hopes to continue to build up young adults to become leaders within their future professions and their surrounding communities. If one wants to reach a destination quickly, they go alone; but if one wants to go far, they unite as one community and go together. And that is exactly the type of campus culture that Julian hopes to manifest as he works here in the Office of Diversity Affairs.
