Our team is excited to promote your organization(s), program(s), and event(s).

Useful Tips

Be sure your ad is the correct size.

  • For Full Screen Ads: 1920 pixels wide by 1080 pixels tall
  • For Half Screen Ads: 960 pixels wide by 1080 pixels tall - Note: These are available to Student Organizations only!

Ads should be 1 of 3 formats.

  • Your Ad should be in one of the following three formats... A JPEG (.JPG), a PNG (.PNG), or a PDF (.PDF)
  • We will not process your Ad, if it is not in one of the formats listed above.
  • Your Ad should also be designed between 96 to 300 dpi.

Keep it simple and check your work.

  • Do not use more than three fonts, and keep your font-size above 16 pt!
  • Design your Ad to be "eye-pleasing," "eye-catching," and above all Legible.
  • Double check your Ad for Spelling and Grammar errors, along with the quality of your image(s).

Take a hard look... Do you want to go?

Before you submit, take a look at your Ad! Then grab another pair of eyes to look at your Ad... Does it make you say: "I can see myself going to this event", or "I want to sign up for that cool group"? If it doesn't we recommend taking a look at hint 3, and ask for some feedback before you edit the Ad.

Ad Reach

  • When your organization or event advertises with Digital Displays, they have the potential to reach up to 100,000 views weekly across 75+ digital displays!
  • Not only that, the Ad will be shown for 15 seconds up to 15 times per hour throughout the following locations on Campus: Armstrong Student Center, Goggin Ice Center, Campus Stores, and the Recreation Sports Center.

Scheduling Procedure

  • Your ad will be shown based on your request. Suggested time to request an ad is 10 days before your event date for timely approval and possible editing.
  • If you have not seen your advertisement after it was supposed to have started showing, please contact us.
  • In the event that there are open spots in the current week’s rotation, ads may be placed at the standard rate by contacting us.

Approval Requirements

  • Student Organizations must be listed on The Hub and have a non-delinquent account/budget.
  • Finance and Business Services Marketing Department reserves the right to exercise judgement on content based on the criteria in the Student Handbook (Part 5, Chapter 7) as well as the use of, but not limited to, profane/inappropriate language or images, alcohol, illegal substances, wrong format or bad quality, or direct competition of services provided by Campus Services.
  • If your ad is rejected, your account will not be charged and you will be notified by email with reason(s) and a new request must be submitted in order to be approved.

Payment

  • A university account/index code is required to purchase advertisement space. No hosting documents are required!
  • Transactions will be processed by the Auxiliary Business Office after your request is approved and scheduled.
  • Please Note: The transaction will appear as “Campus Services Display Advertisement" on your monthly statements.
