Global Field Program (GFP) graduate student Patrick Kelley was published in the Journal of the Elephant Managers Association. In "Conserving the Elephants of the Kinabatangan," Kelley reflects on his Earth Expeditions in Borneo and learning firsthand about elephant conservation around the Kinabatangan. "The Borneo Earth Expedition is a fantastic way for zookeepers, educators, and anyone for that matter, to visit and witness one of the most biodiverse regions on the planet and learn how to conserve it," writes Kelley.

Kelley is earning a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Biology from Miami through Project Dragonfly‘s GFP while working as an elephant keeper at Disney's Animal Kingdom.
