Selecting a Search Committee
A search committee must be appointed with as diverse a composition as practicable.
Process
We recommend that you arrange a meeting between an HR Generalist, the search committee, and the Office of Equity and Equal Opportunity (OEEO) to discuss the recruitment plan, advertisement plan, selection process and applicant data collection process.
