Private Practice Referral Information

The Student Counseling Services uses a short-term treatment model; as a result, counselors will, at times, refer longer term treatment to other professionals and services. Students can receive help in getting connected to an outside provider by contacting our Care Coordinator, Nancy Roane, at Roanenl@MiamiOH.edu.

2. Psychology Today listing for therapists in Oxford, OH area.
3. Lifestance Health: provides access to tele-behavioral health providers in Ohio and other states, most major insurances accepted.
4. Open Path Collective: provides access to low cost, sliding scale therapists in Ohio and other states.

The Student Counseling Service (SCS) and Miami University do not supervise and bear no responsibility for services provided by any of the individuals or agencies listed below, including services provided by SCS professional staff who may provide independent professional therapy/psychiatry services outside of their employment at Miami University.
