Isabelle Lackman

… is the co-founder and director of the NGO Hutan, a grassroots wildlife research and conservation initiative established in Sabah, Malaysian Borneo in 1998. She is a biologist by training, specialising in the study of primates. Dr. Lackman is also an accredited mediator and now seeks to apply mediation’s principles and methods to develop mutually beneficial stakeholder partnerships fostering sustainable landscape management.
