(Wildlife Immersion and Leadership Development) Program, an award-winning teen employment program working to build leadership and life skills while inspiring the next generation of conservation stewards in the environmental field and beyond. Jamie came to the lush southeast by way of the midwest having spent time in the Ohio River Valley as an outdoor educator and a couple subsequent transient years as an interpretive park guide with the National Wildlife Refuge System. She is originally from inland Southern California, where camping trips to the Sierra Nevada Mountains first sparked her adoration of nature and the preservation of all things wild. Jamie is thrilled to facilitate and support future conservation leaders as they work to transform and better their own communities!
