Claire Lannoye-Hall is an accomplished professional in education, currently serving as the Director of Education at the Detroit Zoological Society. Claire has a doctorate in curriculum and instruction from Texas Tech University and a Master of Arts in Teaching (MAT) degree specializing in biological science from Miami University. With more than 20 years dedicated to the Detroit Zoological Society, Claire has significantly contributed to their educational programs. Her outstanding work has garnered recognition within the scientific community, including the Informal Science Education of the Year award from the Michigan Science Teachers Association and the distinction of being a Distinguished Informal Science Educator by the National Science Teaching Association.
