Stacey Panteck is an education specialist at Cleveland Metroparks Zoo, where she has led a wide range of programs including school programs, day camps, teacher workshops, nature play initiatives, and now the Advanced Inquiry Program (AIP). A proud Miami University alumna, Stacey earned both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees there—the latter as part of the very first AIP cohort at Cleveland Metroparks Zoo! Her love for global learning has taken her on Earth Expeditions to Australia and Namibia, two of her most meaningful travel and educational experiences. A former classroom teacher, Stacey discovered her passion for informal education as an AIP student and now enjoys inspiring curiosity and conservation action in learners of all ages. She lives in a Cleveland suburb where she embraces life as a dog mom, loyal sports fan, and “retired” marathon runner.
