FAFSA Priority Deadlines
Incoming first-year students who wish to be considered for need-based financial aid are encouraged to submit the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) by the Priority I deadline of December 1, 2019 and no later than the Priority II deadline of February 1, 2020. For returning, regional, transfer and graduate students, the priority deadline is February 1, 2020. Please visit MiamiOH.edu/FAFSA for more information.

Armstrong to Open 24/7 During Finals Week
To provide additional support to students, the Armstrong Student Center will remain open 24 hours/day during the week of final exams.

The account information and payment sites will be unavailable while Winter/Spring semester bills are being prepared. The sites will close on December 2, 2019 and will reopen on December 5, 2019.

Zero Waste Oxford: Student organization fights local pollution and promotes sustainability
An organization founded by Miami students has become increasingly influential in combatting the effects of climate change on campus. Zero Waste Oxford is focused on the idea of zero waste living, a lifestyle that minimizes individual pollution, members believe this is one of the best ways humanity can take concrete steps towards fixing climate change

Students Give Back at MPACT
Miami's first annual Day of MPACT, planned by the Wilks Leadership Institute, included a new spin on a day of service. The event, held Sunday, November 10, brought 112 student volunteers together to complete service projects for local nonprofit organizations right there in the Armstrong Student Center.

Rinella Learning Center Earns Learning Center of Excellence Certification
Miami’s Rinella Learning Center recently earned the Learning Center of Excellence Certification through the National College Learning Center Association (NCLCA). Miami is one of only six universities in the country to be recognized at this highest level of certification.
