Project Intake Process

University Communications and Marketing uses Asana for project management. We accept project requests during three four sprints throughout the year, so please review the timeline so you can be prepared with your requests. (Note: photo requests can still be submitted using the Photo Request Form linked under Photo and Video Services.)
