Charge up for study abroad at Saturday symposium

Global Initiatives will present “Charged Up for Study Abroad: A Multicultural Student Symposium” from 9-3 p.m. Saturday, April 23, in 322 McGuffey Hall.

The symposium will include breakfast, a keynote speaker, student and faculty panels, a global lunch and workshops.

The event is designed for students who are planning on or interested in going abroad, but it is open to anyone wanting to explore topics like race dynamics, your identity abroad, funding international travel, international service learning and on-campus global opportunities.

The event is sponsored by Global Initiatives and the Luxembourg program.
