Data Center maintenance scheduled for Nov. 23

IT services staff will perform maintenance and testing on a series of switches within the Hoyt Data Center Wednesday, Nov. 23.

Between 4-7:30 a.m. most Miami services will be offline — some for 15 minutes and others for the entire time. This service disruption will be caused by the switches being rebooted.

This work is being performed to correct faulty vendor hardware code that resulted in an unanticipated service disruption last month.
