New online portal for Miami's printing offers convenient ordering services

Screenshot of Miami brand resourcesMiami University joined the Ohio Higher Education Printing Consortium in 2016, and printing services for the consortium are provided by Xerox Corp.

XeroxTM offers a variety of services, including project consultation, printing of small and large orders, bindery, finishing, large format printing — all of which can now be accessed at MiamiOH.edu/XeroxPrinting.

The new portal can be accessed with your unique ID and integrates SmartPrint Technology, which allows for online digital proofing in real time as you place your order.

It also offers convenient billing options using university billing/account codes or credit card/MULaa purchases at the Xerox customer service desk in the Shriver Center Bookstore. There is also a pricing feature that estimates your project as you build and change your options within the system.

Delivery options available at checkout include pickup at Shriver Center and desktop delivery. There will be daily deliveries from the Shared Services Center to the Oxford campus Monday-Friday.

Miami faculty, staff and students will benefit from the volume pricing and staff provided by Xerox, including on-site client associates and a full staff at the Shared Services Center.

Getting started

Faculty, staff and students can sign up for training sessions online. On-site client associates and a dedicated document adviser will assist with any questions that may arise with the continued rollout of the online portal.
