Micro-Internship

Get a head start in the new year with support from a Miami student! Micro-internships are short-term, paid, project-based assignments that allow students to gain experience while helping an employer accomplish important tasks. Employers in Ohio are invited to host one or more students for up to four weeks during Miami’s winter term.

Job Shadow Experience

Provide students an opportunity to learn what it is like to work for your organization through a job shadow experience. Students will explore in-state employers, learn about your available internships, and get a feel for your company’s culture while observing an employee.
