This program allows students to explore in-state employers through a micro-internship or job-shadow experience in January 2024.Micro-InternshipGet a head start in the new year with support from a Miami student! Micro-internships are short-term, paid, project-based assignments that allow students to gain experience while helping an employer accomplish important tasks. Employers in Ohio are invited to host one or more students for up to four weeks during Miami’s winter term.Job Shadow ExperienceProvide students an opportunity to learn what it is like to work for your organization through a job shadow experience. Students will explore in-state employers, learn about your available internships, and get a feel for your company’s culture while observing an employee.The registration deadline is Tuesday, October 31.
