Description: The purpose of this Virtual RedHawks Table Talk will focus on disparities in specific industries and how both students and employers can change culture through understanding.

Participants, including students and employers from a variety of industries, will receive an introduction to intergroup dialogue with opportunities to practice the technique with others. Competency in intergroup dialogue enhances leadership and professional skills and students will leave with a life-long, practical skill that will differentiate you from other professionals.
