Biography
Rocco Manzo is a Senior Clinical Lecturer and Chief Departmental Advisor in the Department of Management in the Farmer School of Business at Miami University. He teaches courses in Organizational Behavior, Human Resource Management, Compensation & Benefits, and Talent Acquisition & Development, and has led numerous study abroad programs. He has won the Richard K. Smucker Teaching Excellence Award for Farmer School clinical faculty as well as the Farmer School Service Excellence Award. Prior to his academic career, he held numerous positions during an 18-year career within the Human Resource function at Xerox. He earned his MBA in 1989 from Indiana University (Bloomington) and his B.S. in Finance from Miami University in 1986.
