    Carlin is an Academic Advisor in the Farmer School of Business. Through this role he assists business students with major and career exploration, course selection and registration, and academic planning. Carlin also serves as an instructor for BUS 106: FSB Success Strategies. In addition to academic advising, Carlin is interested in personality inventories and assessments, as well as undergraduate recruitment and retention.

    Carlin graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Public Administration from Indiana University and a Master of Arts in College Student Personnel from Bowling Green State University.
