Where: Miami Health Center, 500 Harris Drive

When: Monday-Friday, 9:30 a.m.-6:00 p.m.

High blood pressure is the #1 risk factor for Miami, with 61% of employees and spouses at risk for high blood pressure.

High blood pressure usually has no symptoms. Many people have it for years without knowing it. The only way to find out if you have high blood pressure is to have it checked.
