Open Enrollment

October 6 - October 31, 2025

This is the time of the year when you have the opportunity to make changes to your benefit selections for the plan year beginning January 1, 2026.

If you do not make benefit changes during the 2025 open enrollment period, your current benefits (medical, dental, vision, and voluntary selections) will continue in 2026. Flexible Spending Account (FSA) and Health Savings Account (HSA) contributions must be elected during open enrollment, the 2025 contributions cannot be automatically rolled over for 2026.

Your Health Premium Cost for 2026

Your health premiums are based on a percentage of your annual salary. The percentages, which are based on your elected plan and coverage level, are listed below. If paid biweekly, divide the monthly premium by two to get your per-pay premium. Premiums below reflect the Healthy Miami discount.
