This toolkit is designed to provide you, as a manager, university guidelines, policies, processes, and development opportunities that will aid you in your everyday role, and in those times that are out-of-the-ordinary. MyMiami and BannerWeb

MyMiami is your online portal to accessing university resources, news, library resources, and personal information including leave balances, bursar account, and pay stubs. 

BannerWeb is your online access to employee services such as updating your address, editing direct deposit and tax information, requesting a tuition fee waiver, unclassified leave reporting

Each of these portals requires login and MUNet password.

Setting Your Password

Miami's Change Password portal allows you to use your uniqueID and password to set up or change your Miami password. For first-time users, the default password is your birth month (mm), birth date (dd), last 4 digits of SSN (xxxx). Once you log in, you may enter your new password and set up a recovery option.
