Workday is Live!
After months in the making, Workday is finally live! We are excited to share this platform with Miami's faculty and staff in hope to make your daily work experience easier. As we kickoff with this platform, we want you to know about what resources are available to you in case you have any trouble.
First, you can visit the Go Live Checklist, a list of helpful hints and suggestions to guide you through the first couple of days as you get used to the platform. You can also visit MiamiOH.edu/WorkdaySupport and fill out the form to enter a ticket.
Visit myMiami and look for the Workday Task Center that includes links to all of the resources we have available, including the program website at MiamiOH.edu/workdayinfo.
IAM Update: RapidIdentity now managing UniqueID generation
Last week, in preparation for the launch of Workday, the IAM Program announced that RapidIdentity will be taking over the generation of UniqueIDs. Previously, Banner was responsible for this activity.

MUnet Password Utilities: Managing Your Password and UniqueID
Our passwords tool got a new look! We have also changed the way you manage your password. We now have a 16-character requirement for your passwords as well as requiring that you set up a recovery email outside of your Miami one. We have options for what you can do if you forget your MUnet password, your username, changing your password, recovery options, and more!
