Featured Education and Community Engagement Programs

Pura Vida: Education, Community, and Innovation in Costa Rica

This transformative program immerses students in Costa Rica's diverse educational settings, including schools and nonprofit organizations across regions like San Jose, Monteverde, and Playa Flamingo. Participants engage with community-driven innovation and progressive education models. No prior Spanish language skills are required, though modest Spanish immersion is included to deepen cultural understanding.

Education and Culture in India

A three-week January program exploring India's diverse education systems, from rural and urban schools to tribal and migrant communities, as well as prestigious independent and government institutions. Participants experience vibrant cultural events and historic sites, gaining unique insights into educational challenges and cultural richness.

English Language Learner Summer Camp in Luxembourg

A non-credit summer camp where Miami students lead theme-based projects to help Luxembourg primary and middle school students improve their English skills. The two-week camp includes cultural orientation, excursions to nearby countries, family barbecues, and culminating presentations showcasing campers’ learning.
