Digital Displays

Global Initiatives sponsors and manages the digital display in the lobby of MacMillan Hall. Request to advertise your event in the lobby.

To Share Your Content

  • First, create your art and decide when you want it to be displayed.
    • Artwork must be horizontal for our display.
    • PowerPoint files should be wide format 16:10.
    • Image files should be 1920px wide x 1080px tall. in jpg or png format.
  • Then email your artwork and the dates you want it to display to Karen O'Hara.

Helpful Hints

  • Small or frilly fonts tend to be harder to read
  • Less is more when it comes to words on a digital ad
  • Your display will be shown for 30 seconds at a time
