Dr. Kimberly MooreKimberly A. Moore, Dean of Students

Kimberly Moore is Associate Vice President for Student Life and Dean of Students. In addition to directing the Office of the Dean of Students, she oversees the following functional areas: Residence Life, Community Standards, Rinella Learning Center, and the Miller Center for Student Disability Services.

Prior to her current role, she served as Assistant Dean of Students at Loyola University Chicago. Moore served the Loyola community for fourteen years through advocacy, support and care for students in the positions of Coordinator for the Office of Student Conduct and Conflict Resolution (2006-2008), Director of Student Activities and Greek Affairs (2008-2014), Director of Off-Campus Student Life and Assistant Dean of Students (2014-2018).

Moore has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Saint Mary’s College, Notre Dame, a Master’s in Education in Higher Education from Loyola University Chicago, and a Doctorate in Education and Leadership from Cardinal Stritch University.

Her interest and research focuses on student retention, persistence, and student success. Moore is dedicated to the field of student affairs and works to create opportunities for students to engage fully in campus life and ultimately thrive during their time in college.

Gabby DralleGabby Dralle, Deputy Title IX Coordinator for Students

Gabby Dralle is the Deputy Title IX Coordinator for Students and member of the Dean of Students team. Gabby is committed and passionate about creating safe and equitable learning environments for students. In her role, she leads Title IX response efforts ensuring students are provided with support and care. Dralle graduated from the University of Louisville with her Bachelor of Science degree and from Northern Kentucky University with her Master of Social Work degree. Prior to her current role, she has worked in emergency case management, prevention, academic affairs, and development.

Dralle's interest and research focuses on sexual and interpersonal violence, resiliency, and trauma. She loves being able to continue her career and passion at Miami University. Dralle wants all students to know that the Office of the Dean of Students team cares about you as an individual and we are here to help you be successful.

Tim ParsonsTim Parsons, Assistant Dean of Students

As the Assistant Dean of Students, Tim helps to support students throughout the campus who are dealing with particularly stressful issues that may impact their ability to be successful at Miami. Tim graduated from Wright State University in 1996 with his Master of Science degree and is a licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in the state of Ohio. He also obtained his Master of Divinity degree in Theology from United Theological Seminary in 1993 and did his undergraduate work at The Ohio State University. Prior to coming to Miami in 2008, he and his family were living in Malaysia and working in at Dalat International School. Tim is clinically trained and has worked in various settings, including private practice, hospitals, rehabilitation facilities, ministry and overseas international education.

Cerelia BizzellCerelia Bizzell, Project Coordinator

Cerelia Bizzell joins Miami as the Project Coordinator for the Office of Dean of Students and is devoted to the development of positive student experience, social justice, and community engagement. She has most recently served as the Assistant Director for Campus Engagement at Case Western Reserve University. Cerelia aims to enhance programming initiatives to not only engage students but also to equip them with transferrable and practical skills to be greater leaders. She is a constant learner having earned two Bachelors and two Masters degrees, and has a goal to one day pursue her doctorate. In her spare time she writes and performs, and spends times with her friends and family, and is very active in her sorority (Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.). She is excited to join the Office of the Dean of Students team and looks forward to working with Miami students!

Sherry MartinSherry Martin, Administrative Assistant

Sherry Martin is the Administrative Assistant for the Office of the Dean of Students. Sherry coordinates day-to-day office operations including scheduling, processing certifications, assisting with medical withdrawals, and helping parents and students connect with the appropriate staff members.

Sherry has been a part of the Oxford community her entire life and has worked at Miami University for 15 years. She has been in the Office of the Dean of Students for the last 5 years and earned her Bachelor of Science in Commerce from Miami in 2018.
