Biography
Dan Wiegand very successfully combines his accounting-related careers: a teacher at Miami, a CPA and practitioner of a consulting service for small and mid-size companies, and a presenter for AHI Associates, providing continuing professional education to CPA firms.
MBA students have determined his teaching approach to be logical, effective, thorough, and “fun.”
This two-time alumnus taught classes at Miami in the ’70s and ’80s and came back in 2003as an instructor and now, lecturer. Dan Wiegand is one of many Farmer School of Business faculty contributing to the Farmer School of Business' top-25 BusinessWeek ranking.
