Mental Health First Aid
The Mental Health First Aid training is open to students, faculty, staff, and community members who would like to be better equipped to recognize the signs and symptoms of possible mental health concerns. The internationally recognized program is rooted in recovery, resiliency, and empowering individuals to take action when they encounter someone in distress.
Certification Requirements
- Complete self-paced prework prior to the instructor-led session. Typically the prework takes about two hours. Learners will be granted access 2 weeks prior to the training session.
- Attend and actively participate in the instructor-led session with computer camera and microphone and speakers enabled. Learners must be engaged in at least 90% of the training session to be eligible for the certification.
- Complete a post-exam.
Agile Certified Professional
Join Miami Online for the Agile Certified Professional workshop hosted live over video platform. The workshop is facilitated by certified Agile industry experts at Miami University. You will practice workforce-ready Agile methodologies in the workshop alongside fellow learners. Earning the ICAgile Fundamentals (ICP) certification elevates your capabilities and career options.

Certification Requirements
- Complete 15 hours of synchronous learning during scheduled session.
- Have access to a working camera and audio equipment for the duration of the training.
- Actively engage throughout the entire training - responding to prompts, unmuting, participating in group work, camera on and physically present, etc.
ICAgile Certified Professional Workshop Discount
Submit this application for the opportunity to receive a discount totaling $900. Scholarship recipients will apply the discount upon registration for the ICP certification, which is $1000 in value. Recipients must submit the remaining $100 at registration check-out with a U.S.-based credit card.
