Course Navigation Questions
How do I know if I have completed a module?
When you have completed a module, you will notice a green checkmark appear next to the sections listed in the module. This checkmark indicates that the module is "complete."
Why did I not receive the green checkmark even though I completed the section of the module?
Be sure to complete all questions and videos on the section page. The green checkmarks are there to indicate your progress. Please note that it is okay if you do not see the green checkmark appear at the top. The green checkmarks will not prohibit you from earning your certificate at the end of the course. However, if you do not see the green checkmark appear after completing a knowledge check, please contact us at email@example.com.
