Celeste Pies earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Psychology with minors in Criminology and Mental Health from Middle Tennessee State University, and a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Educational Psychology with a focus in Behavioral Analysis from Ball State University. Celeste moved from North Carolina, where she grew up, to Murfreesboro, Tennessee and played on the women’s soccer team as a goalkeeper during her time at MTSU from 2015-2019. She spent three years after earning her BA degree working as a Teacher Counselor in Nashville, Tennessee where she taught and counseled students with learning and developmental disabilities. After earning her MA degree in 2022, she then worked for STARS Nashville where she was a School-Based Counselor at a public middle school. In 2026, she moved from Nashville, Tennessee to Harrison, Ohio with her wife and two dogs, Otis and Pancake, where she is now working with Miami Online students as a Student Success Coach. Celeste enjoys spending time outside with her wife and dogs, watching reality TV after a long day, and cooking.
