Collaborative Institutional Training Initiative (CITI Program)
The online course (CITI Program) is composed of modules about research ethics and policies. Complete each module by taking the quiz. Most people require two to four hours to complete the series of modules.
Registration
If you have a Miami UniqueID (the first part of a Miami Email address), please use that when you register. If not, please use LastnameFirstname (no spaces) so that you and we will be able to locate your records in our database. Please do not use the same password you use for Miami. If CITI indicates your UniqueID is already in use (thousands of institutions use CITI), please use the LastNameFirstName convention.
You will be given the opportunity to affiliate with an Institution. Please select Miami of Ohio. Miami maintains an institutional subscription for CITI services. You will have access to courses available to Miami faculty, staff, and students and CITI will forward course completion records to our office. You should not need to personally pay for access.
