Teaching Interests

My teaching, most recently, has centered on the topics of diagnosis, assessment and psychological evaluation. I have been focusing on teaching the two course sequence in Psychological Assessment in the Clinical Training program. These courses are the prerequisites to the more advanced Practicum in Assessment that I also teach. Recently, I have also taught at the undergraduate level, teaching Child Psychopathology and Developmental Disorders.

Research Interests

My current position as the Miami University Psychology Clinic Director does not afford me the time to conduct research. However, I serve as a reviewer for the Journal of Autism and Developmental Disorders and support the research of graduate students in the fields of child development, social-emotional and behavioral disorders, developmental disorders and other related topics.
