Rick Fitzpatrick, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, is an HR consultant with 40+ years of experience in all aspects of running an HR department and a passion for compensation/benefits, employee relations and strategic management.

Elisabeth Galperin

Elisabeth Galperin, Productivity Expert, is the founder of Turn Leaf Organizing. Her background is in speech language pathology, providing her with extensive training in Attention Deficit Disorders (ADHD) and Learning Disabilities, allowing her to fully understand the connection between learning styles and organization and providing her with a firm understanding of the process behind organized thinking. Elisabeth not only helps improve the physical environment in which her clients work and live, but she also helps clients think and learn in a more organized manner. Elisabeth earned her Certificate of Study in Chronic Disorganization in 2009. She is a member of the Nat’l Assoc. of Professional Organizers and has received extensive training and coaching from the Productive Environment Institute. She earned the title of Certified Productive Environment Specialist in 2014.

Bob JewellBob Jewell, PMP

Bob is the Omega Leadership Group, LLC founder and CEO (Chief Excellence Officer) with more than 28 years of experience at the executive level as a practicing manager, coach, and leader. His responsibilities have included engineering, operations, and business development. His extensive real-world experiences combined with his strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills create a dynamic and enjoyable learning environment. Tina MaconTina R. Macon

Tina Macon has over 20 years of Human Resources experience in the public, private, and non-profit sectors. Her areas of expertise are in employee relations, conflict management, training and development, and diversity. She is Principal Consultant for AllMac & Associates, Human Resources Consultants.

Tina holds a Master’s degree from Antioch University McGregor in Conflict Resolution, a Bachelor of Science degree in Labor and Human Resource Management from The Ohio State University and is a Certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR). She is a member of the Association of Conflict Resolution, Greater Cincinnati Human Resources Association, Society of Human Resource Management, the Board of Directors for the Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra and the Advisory Board for the Cincinnati Children’s Museum.

Tina teaches the Culture Conditioning program.


Chris McGill

Chris is a Six Sigma Master Black Belt for the Cintas Corporation. For the past 11 years, he has supported the continuous improvement program through teaching and facilitating Lean Six Sigma tools and methodologies within Cintas and most recently with the State of Ohio. Chris has trained and mentored over 150 Black Belts and hundreds of Green Belts who together have generated over $100 million in savings over the last 10 years. Chris has a B.S. in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.

Beckie Schretter

Beckie is with Change Guides LLC. and has over 17 years of change management and organizational development experience. Beckie excels in working with cross-functional teams to create and execute business strategies and is a talented strategist, coach, project mgt. leader and facilitator. Her key competencies focus on execution in stakeholder management, leadership engagement, communication and training. Beckie earned a BS in Education from Miami University and a Masters in Org Development & Change Management from Bowling Green State University.

John Veatch

John Veatch, President/CEO of Lean Concepts, Inc. is a trusted Lean practitioner. Utilizing principles and techniques employed by world-class organizations like The Toyota Motor Company, John has helped companies of all sizes achieve tangible and sustainable results. In 1992, while working for a Tier 1 supplier to Toyota, John began his three-year study of Lean manufacturing which offered the opportunity to study in Japan and learn from the best! John has successfully introduced Lean methods into many industries – inside and outside of manufacturing—such as healthcare, service, government, nonprofits, and education. He is a graduate of the University of Kentucky with a degree in business and economics.
