Navigate Student is a great resource for Miami University students from year one through graduation. From Navigate Student you can:
When you log into Navigate Student for the first time, you will be asked to answer three quick questions. Please do so completely and honestly so you are sent information tailored to your needs.
You will use your Miami single sign-on credentials to access Navigate. If your credentials are not working, contact IT Services for assistance.
If you can log into Navigate, but the system says you do not have access, email eabhelp@MiamiOH.edu to request that your Navigate Account be reactivated. Make sure to provide your Unique ID and/or Banner ID in your email.
Information like holds are updated every 24 hours in Navigate Student. Check back the next day to see if the hold is showing as resolved. If it is not, contact the office you worked with to confirm that the hold was resolved. If it was, contact eabhelp@MiamiOH.edu to have the hold removed from your Navigate Student account.
If you would like to check the live-status of your holds, you can do so in Banner Self Service.
Course schedules are updated every 24 hours in Navigate Student. Check back the next day to see if your courses have updated. If this problem continues after 24 hours, contact eabhelp@MiamiOH.edu with this information.
