Information about your email account, including set up for mobile devices, can be found on the IT Services Knowledge Base.

Review Campus Map and Transportation Information

Campus maps, transportation information, and directions are available online for the Oxford Campus and Regional Campuses.

Register For Vehicle Parking

  • All vehicles parked on our campuses must be registered in our parking system. Employees who need to park on campus should review parking options, pricing, and complete the online form on the Parking Services website.
  • Please note that you will need the following information in order to register your vehicle(s): make, model, color, license plate number.

Sign Up for Emergency Text Messaging

Miami University has contracted with Omnilert (e2Campus) to provide emergency notification services to the university community via cell phone text messages and email. The system, "Miami Emergency Text MessagingSystem," is available to Miami University students, faculty and staff on all three Butler County campuses.

Messages may be used for situations that pose immediate danger or the closing of an entire campus. Messages about Safety Bulletins generally will not be sent unless it is decided there is an imminent threat of danger. This notification service will not eliminate or replace any existing emergency reporting procedures; it will add to them.

Review Your Retirement Options

As a Miami employee, you do not pay into Social Security. You will contribute to the state retirement plan. View the our pages on retirement, or watch the interactive videos (staff-OPERS or faculty-STRS) for details.
