Americans Abroad is a four-week summer workshop offered by the Department of Global and Intercultural Studies. Associate professor Sande Garner and visiting assistant professor Allison Wanger, both of the American Studies program, lead Miami students to Ireland, England, and France to examine American heritage tourism from a critical perspective
