Experiential Education
During your time at Miami University, go beyond the classroom by participating in internships, co-ops, research, and more. If your resume is full of experiential education activities, you’ll stand out to employers during your job search.
What is Experiential Education?
Experiential education calls for educators to engage learners in direct experience and focused reflection. In the process, students deepen their knowledge, develop their skills, and clarify their values.
As part of the MiamiTHRIVE initiative, you will take part in internships, co-ops, research, or other immersive experiences that will help you launch your career after graduation. You will leave Oxford with a professional network and skills that employers value.
