Job Shadow Program

During a job shadow, you will: 

• Spend time (typically two to eight hours) with professionals in your field of interest, observing daily operations and learning about industry expectations.
• Gain firsthand insight into what it’s really like to work in a chosen career, bridging the gap between classroom learning and the work world.
• Build confidence, expand your network, and develop a clearer sense of direction as you prepare for life after Miami.

The program is open to all students. You can even request a particular city, meaning you can job shadow from wherever Winter Term takes you.
