Career Academy

Career Academy is designed for Miami University students who want to gain skills needed in today’s global workforce, advance their cultural competencies, and preview career paths.

Today’s Scholars, Tomorrow’s Leaders

Career Academy is an experiential professional development initiative for distinguished scholars and young professionals. You will:

  • Travel to a destination to use your newly acquired skills in real-world settings.
  • Develop global networking skills by connecting with professionals and Miami alumni.
  • Engage in extensive career development activities before you depart on your trip.
  • Identify personal goals that will impact your long-term success.
  • Become a perpetual learner and an emerging leader.
