Billing and Payment

You can pay your Miami bill in different ways, including online, by mail, or in-person.

Academic Records

Monitor your academic records to ensure you are staying on track to graduate and have the documentation you will need in the future.

Share Access to Your Records

The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) is a Federal law that protects the privacy of student education records, both financial and academic. FERPA limits release of student record information without the student’s written consent.

To learn how to grant access to a family member, visit our Share Access page. Authorized family members can access their student’s personal data at MiamiOH.edu/StudentInfo.

Billing Dates

You will be sent a notice to your MiamiOH.edu email address when your bill is available. You can also view all due dates on our website.

Enroll in a Payment Plan

Our Payment Plans give families the option to budget each semester’s bill over a three- or four-month period with zero interest and no credit check.

There is a $40 fee for the four-pay plan, and a $45 fee for the three-pay plan.

If you make a change to your course schedule or receive additional funding, be sure to update your plan to reflect your new balance.

Finalize Your Financial Aid

Once you have received your financial aid offer, you may have to take steps to finalize it. While at Miami, you will be expected to maintain Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) toward completing your degree.

Examples of financing options include:

Be sure to bookmark StudentAid.gov. Here, you will complete the FAFSA each year and can also apply for federal loans.
