Please Note: Package Service resumes August 13th, 2018. Packages will be held as long as possible starting August 27th, 2018. On September 10th, 2018 normal package return times will resume. Until then, packages will be held as long as necessary (space permitting) to ensure students receive their parcels. Miami Mail and Package Center will send text messages along with an email when a package is ready for pick-up to help expedite your experience. Either the text or the email code you receive will allow for retrieval of your package from the smart lockers within the first 24 hours. To assist with back-to-school student transitions are currently not enforcing the 72-hour package return. Please note our Return to Sender policy will go back into full effect on September 10th, 2018. The policy states that packages are held in lockers for the first 24 hours before they are moved to the Customer Service Window for an additional 48 hours. Any unclaimed packages will be sent back to the original sender after 72-hours. Please check back regularly for updated announcements. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us at 513-529-9221 or by email at packagecenter@MiamiOH.edu
