Policy

The Miami University Foundation serves to foster the educational and research activities of Miami University. It is a nonprofit corporation receiving contributions of money and gifts of personality and realty in the furtherance of its principal purpose through the Miami University Fund or, on occasion, directly. Foundation trustees and officers administer the affairs of the Foundation in accordance with the laws of the state of Ohio.
