The Miami Difference

Talent That Adds Value on Day One of Employment.

  • The only ecosystem uniting industry, a career and technical high school, county government, and a university to deliver integrated training, education, research, and commercialization.
  • Prepares job seekers, workers, and emerging engineers and technicians for immediate impact in advanced manufacturing and creates opportunities for talent to return for future training and advancement.
  • Employers gain higher retention and lower turnover by shaping learner experiences, curriculum, and evaluation to align with their workforce needs.
