Severe Weather: Campus closures Noon Feb. 15 to 1 p.m. Feb. 16
Due to a snow emergency, Oxford & Regional Campuses are closed noon today (2/15) through 1 p.m. Tuesday (2/16).
Virtual classes remain on time. Students should check with their instructors. Essential personnel are to report as scheduled.
- Dining Halls will maintain their usual schedules.
- Armstrong Student Center will close today (Feb. 15) at 4 p.m. It will reopen tomorrow at 1 p.m.
- The Recreational Sports Center will close at 2 p.m. today (Feb. 15)
Remote workers are to maintain regular working hours. Staff on campus who are being sent home should check in with their supervisors for further instructions.
The City of Oxford is declaring a Level I Snow Emergency to begin at noon today. If you haven't already done so, please move your vehicle from designated snow routes. Vehicles not moved by noon will be ticketed and towed.
Miami students: During a snow emergency, students who live in Oxford may park in the West Millett, Ditmer, or Chestnut Fields lots without a university permit. Vehicles must be removed from the campus parking lots within 24 hours after the snow emergency has been lifted.
