Robbyn Abbitt, GIS coordinator and associate director of Miami's Geospatial Analysis Center, and her Advanced GIS class worked with Butler Rural Electric Cooperative last spring to do a proof of concept project using drones to do power line/pole inspections and aerial imaging.
